STEAM EXPO projects are DUE November 14, 2019.
Your child can chose one of the three following projects.
1. An INVENTION PROJECT: this gives students an opportunity to demonstrate their skills as they invent a new product or process.
2. A RECYCLING PROJECT: students will create something useful out of recycled material.
3. An ENGINEERING PROJECT: this will involve designing, building, modeling or improving a device.

The science fair is mandatory for all fourth and fifth grade students. Participation is highly encouraged for students in grades K - 3.
Presenting Your Project
Students have 2 choices:
1. Bring in your project with a short explanation.
2. Create a labeled drawing or submit a photo of your project with a short explanation.
The explanation may include:
1. A description of your project.
2. What materials did you use to create the project?
3. Why did you decide to create this project?
4. Is your project helpful? How so?
